The top gets smaller and I get bigger.

Julia Randall makes great pieces which include alot of mouths and tongues. I think she merges eroticism and fashion beautifully. Check her out!

Michael Stevenson is a gallery based in Cape Town which deals principally in contemporary South African art. These photographs are raw and beautiful.

Quickie, I'm so bored in English class.

Macdowell & Kaganz

I just came across these amazing pieces by talented artist Kate Macdowell. They're so delicate and beautiful, and very intelligent.

While I was browsing I also discovered these magnificent horses by Saya Kaganz. What do you think? Would you put these pieces up in your home? I wish I could.

Dreaming

Here are a few of my favourite pieces from Fendi's Spring 2010 RTW Collection! Aren't they beautiful? I truly believe so.

And these shoes!? How dreamy.

I've been saving for my New York trip for which seems like forever. Hopefully I'll be able to come across these beauties. Ciao for now.

Happy Holidays!

Although the holidays seem to bring more stress than an exam, I suppose I could tuck a bit of my Grinch away and appreciate the people I love for a little while. My good friend Julia was convinced that she could get me to like Christmas this year. She was very persistent and optimistic. And she did so by purchasing a lovely book called Fat, Bald and Worthless, by Robert Easton. She thought the title was a direct quote of my outlook on life. Thanks Julia.

My boyfriend was very sweet to me, unexpected because it was our first Christmas together and he is currently jobless, he retrieved the most adorable gifts!

Such a sweet little cutie.
Christmas is never really a great big deal around my house, I guess everyones grown out of it. But I do hope you and all your loved ones shared a wonderful holiday full of dazzling gifts, yummy food, and lots of admiration.

Love, Christine

Nothing I ever drew was as cute as you

I'm getting excited for my friends and I's very first Christmas baking party! It is only November, and I would much rather prefer the cold shy away for a little longer, but what can you do... I found these incredibly almost edible pictures that I couldn't help but share!

Doctor Doctor!

I've been wanting a pair of Doc Martins for just about a million years now, and I've finally got them! They're perfect for trotting through the insane amounts of snow we get here in Canada.

I wear an American Apparel sweater over an American Apparel dress, tights from Club Monaco, a TNA hat, Doc Martins, and a vintage sequined purse I stole from my dear old mother.

And here's a little look at what I've been wearing...
I'm aware they are the same shirt.

I wore a Marc by Marc Jacobs bag, a Community jacket over a Wilfred sweater, a striped shirt from Club Monaco, American Apparel liquid leggings, Aldo boots and a wool hat, which I believe is Dakine.

I wore a TNA cardigan, striped shirt from Club Monaco, F21 jeans and booties.
And, since I am in class I should probably get back to my work.

Sincerely,
Christine

Fall and Fringe.

Today was a beautiful fall day, no tights needed! So i decided to go with fall colours and some of my most prized boots. I'm a little gloomy today so I felt like covering up as much as possible.

I wore: a printed shirt from forever21, skirt from club monaco, aldo scarf, a marc by marc jacobs bag, and some vintage fringe boots!
Care to take a closer look?

Enjoy!

Big things.

The Olsen's are responsible for my love of oversized everything.
Today I wore a massively oversized shirt by Vera Moda, and some vintage boots. They've never been worn and straight out of the 70's!
Here's a closer look:
P.S. My Audrey Hepburn costume didn't work out so well, so the next best thing was Edie Sedgwick. Sorry Julia (Twiggy), I didn't have any other dress!
